What is Cloud Computing?
Simply put, Cloud Computing is using information technology as a service over the network.

For example, tasks that require significant processing power and storage can be divided to smaller units and distributed amongst a "Cloud" of computers over the network for faster processing. The "Cloud" can also run programs such as word processing and other office productivity applications. Unlike purchasing an application, you can subscribe to cloud services and use them over the Internet at a lower cost.

Could Computing is a new model of operation that has already started to disrupt the way in which everyone consumes software. It transfers the ownership of the software and maintenance fees from the customers to the service provider, which allows the provider to increase profits by renting software. The consumer reduces cost at the same time. This process creates a win-win situation for both vendors and customers. Although this technology is still at its infancy, this new model of computing will be well known and commonly used along with rapid social and economy expansion.

This website attempts to answer some of the questions regarding this new technology. It is organized under the main sub-topics of "Analysis", "Case Studies" and "Pros and Cons".

We hope that you enjoy learning about cloud computing as much as we did.
